Washington, DC DMV

DC DMV
I went to the Georgetown location to get my license and register my car. It was SO FAST! No long lines and long waits. The georgetown DMV is in the lower level of the Georgetown Mall.
A piece of advice: Take the bus (or walk) as they don't validate the parking there, but the time you save over the main DMV office is amazing.
Unfortunately you DO have to go to the Half St. location (directions) to get your car inspected, which could take a bit of time. They have about 8 bays for car service, so it does move rather quickly. It took me about 30 mins. or less from the time I got there, to the time I left.
